Go global at Selfridges Birmingham’s Gallery restaurant

From 11 July to 12 August, the Gallery restaurant at Selfridges Birmingham will be offering a unique offer of seven different dishes from seven different countries. 

Take a culinary trip around the globe as dishes from each continent take pride of place on the special menu. Try Cajun Spiced Mullet from Jamaica, Beef Bourguignon from France and Lamb Tagine from Morrocco.
