Get festive with the Christmas entertainment at Selfridges

‘Tis the season to be jolly and we’ll certainly get you in the festive mood with our line up of Christmas entertainment in store. 

From costume characters and ballet dancers to opera singers and jazz bands, don’t miss the exciting goings on at Selfridges this season.

1–24 Dec: Selfridges Christmas Costume Characters
The beloved Christmas characters will be roaming the store spreading their Christmas joy from 1pm to 6pm everyday in the lead up to Christmas. This year meet the Sparkle Snow Queen, Little Prince Snow Flake and HRH Noble King Snowball

1-24 Dec: Information Opera Singers
Want to know what events are taking place in store or where the Christmas shop is? Ask at the Ground Floor information desk and have the answer sang to you – opera style.

24 Nov, 1,8,15 and 22 Dec: Kyan
Be serenaded by singer and pianist Kyan who will perform on the 2nd floor atrium balcony from 1-7pm each Thursday up until Christmas.

24 Nov, 1 and 15 Dec: Tamar Osborne
Enjoy the music of saxophonist Tamar Osborne in Gordon’s on First Floor from 5-8pm on these dates.

24-27 Nov and 21 Dec: Steel Band Trio
Get in the festive spirit as the Steel Band Trio perform outside Selfridges from 11.30am-5.30 on 24-27 November as well as on the 2nd floor atrium balcony on 21 December from 1-7pm.

25 Nov, 2, 9, 16, 23 Dec: Sham Adela
Singer Sham Adela will perform every Friday from 1-7pm on the 2nd floor atrium balcony.

26 Nov – 23 Dec: Kate Dowman
Soprana Singer Kate Dowman will join us in the Wonder Room and 2nd floor atrium balcony.

This upbeat jazz band with perform every Saturday from 1-7pm on 2nd floor atrium balcony.

26 Nov – 21 Dec: Ballet dancers
Spot our elegant festive ballet dancers roaming the store and escalators.

27 Nov, 4, 11, 18, 20 Dec: The Celli Duo
The talented pair will play cellos on 2nd floor atrium balcony every Sunday from 12-6pm.

5 Dec: Harriet Adie
Enjoy the elegant music of harpist Harriet Adie on the 2nd floor atrium balcony from 4 -7pm.

8 and 22 Dec: Libby Gwyther
Enjoy the music of saxophonist Libby Gwyther  in Gordon’s on First Floor from 5-8pm on these dates.

12 and 24 Dec: Hilary Shaw
Singer Hilary Shaw will perform on the 2nd floor atrium balcony on Monday 12 December from 4-7pm and on Saturday 24 December from 10am – 3pm.

17 Dec: Cantate Choir
Will perform around the store from 3pm on Saturday 17 December to raise money for the Child Bereavement Charity.
