Fiona Cairns' cakes are as delicious as they are beautiful and for one day only you will get to sample her magnificent creations at Selfridges Birmingham on Friday 16 December from 2pm to 6pm. 

Fiona formed her business 25 years on her Kitchen Table and it wasn’t long before Kishore Patel – Fiona’s husband and now managing director of the company – spotted the potential of his wife’s beautifully crafted handmade cakes. 

In 2001, Kishore joined the company full time and the business moved out of their garden and into a state of the art bakery in Leicestershire, the heart of the English countryside.

Head to the Food Hall, Level 1, to sample the range and for that extra special Christmas gift try her truly irresistible personalised fairy cakes.
