Every day from 3 to 7 December, you can win a set of luxury Christmas crackers, created by some of the world's biggest brands including Estee Lauder and Stella McCartney, exclusively for Selfridges. To enter, all you have to do is tweet your all-time favourite Christmas cracker joke to @BritishVogue and a winner will be selected each day.

1. These Terms and Conditions together with any other Selfridges’ terms and conditions are the Competition rules (“Rules”) and apply to the Vogue Online Fashion Week 2012 (“Competition”). By entering this Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
2. The Competition is organised by Selfridges Retail Limited, 400 Oxford Street, London W1A 1AB (“Selfridges”).
3. Selfridges reserves the right to cancel and amend the Competition or these Rules at any time and without prior notice.
4. In the event of any dispute regarding these Rules, the Competition, procedures, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Competition, the decision of Selfridges shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

Qualifying Entrants
5. The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland, who are aged 16 years old or over and where below 18 years old their parent(s) or guardian(s) have permitted them to enter the Competition.
6. Employees of Selfridges and its affiliates and any other persons or employees of companies associated with this Competition and members of the families and households of any such persons, are not eligible to enter this Competition. Any such entries will be invalid. Selfridges reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
7. By entering this Competition entrants hereby warrant that all information submitted by them is true.
8. Selfridges reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.

Competition Entries
9. The Competition will run from Monday 3 December 2012 until Friday 7 December 2012.
10. Participation to this Competition is subject to entrants having access to the internet.
11. Competition entries are to be made via Twitter.
12. The deadline for entry for both Competitions is by 5pm on Friday 7 December. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.
13. The five winners will be drawn and announced by 9pm on Friday 7 December.
14. The winners will be contacted by Twitter.
15. The winners will receive their prize within 4 weeks of the winner being drawn.
16. The winner will be drawn at random by a member of the Selfridges Head Office team.

17. The prize from Monday 3 December to Friday 7 December is a set of Christmas crackers (assorted brands). An additional prize is a Karl Lagerfeld stocking and a £500 Selfridges gift card.
18. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative.
19. The prize is awarded at Selfridges’s discretion and no prize will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
20. Selfridges reserves the right to request written proof of age of any winner.
21. Selfridges reserves the right in its sole discretion to withhold delivery of any prize until such proof of eligibility and identity of the prize winner has been confirmed or to disqualify any entrant from the competition as it sees fit.
22. In all matters the decision of Selfridges shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
23. Selfridges does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered howsoever arising from the Competition or any prize, whether due to any errors or omissions or other cause by Selfridges, its employees, agents or others to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing shall exclude Selfridges’ liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
24. Selfridges does not warrant that the Competition will be free from errors or omissions nor that it will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. This Competition may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons reasonably beyond the control of Selfridges.
25. Selfridges will not be liable to any entrant or to any other person in the event that all or any part of the Competition is discontinued, modified or changed in any way.
26. Entrants agree to reimburse Selfridges in respect of any damages suffered by Selfridges resulting from any claim made by a third party in respect of any matter arising from the entrant’s entry to the Competition in breach of these Terms and Conditions or from the entrant’s violation of any applicable law or regulation.
