From 1 May and throughout the summer, the Concept Store will become The Big British Shop as part of our all-encompassing creative homage to all things patriotic - The Big British Bang. Discover our robust range of witty, edgy, and world-class British products, the majority of which have been exclusively designed and curated for Selfridges by some of the most iconic British brands.

The ultimate destination for true-blue British shopping, you’ll find everything from Union Jack Mulberry Bayswaters and Nicholas Kirkwood’s pearly queen six-inch heels to original 1953 tea cups and coronation biscuit tins.

The Tiara Shop
Within the Big British Shop, Selfridges salutes the Queen’s Jubilee with the Tiara Shop - the ultimate destination for tiaras. Discover a sparkling collection, ranging from Tatty Devine's perspex interpretations, to Tiffany’s one-off £52,500 diamond Grace tiara and pieces beyond the £1million mark. Shop like the Queen and the Dents exhibition of historic royal gloves
The authentic Queen look features the Launer bag – the Queen’s favourite make, the Fulton umbrella, a selection of headscarves and Dents gloves. Find all of them within The Big British Shop alongside a mini Dents exhibition of historic gloves, including the never-before-seen in public Queen Elizabeth I coronation glove, Queen’s Victoria’s mourning gloves and a special edition Jubilee 2012 glove designed exclusively for Selfridges.Queen fans will also find plenty of products bearing her royal likeness – from cushions, masks, bunting and novelty party decorations, to Dunoon’s official Jubilee crockery.

The Urban Survival Backpacks
During the hustle and bustle of the Olympic games, come and explore the exclusive Urban Survival backpacks, specially designed by some of the world’s most influential designers including Anya Hindmarch, Mulberry, Vivienne Westwood and Paul Smith. Each backpack is filled with a full urban survival kit, demonstrating each designer’s interpretation of what it will take to survive London during the Olympic Games. Selfridges fans will find the 109 survival backpack - named after the pantone reference of Selfridges’ iconic yellow – featuring exclusive yellow products such an A-Z, an umbrella, a special edition Wallpaper City Guide, a bar of Kendal Mint cake and other fun goodies. The Urban Survival backpacks will launch within the Big British Shop from 21 June.
