Mr Trotter’s Great British Pork Crackling launches at Selfridges

Available at Selfridges London, Birmingham and Manchester from 10 November 2011, Mr Trotter's Great British Pork Crackling is a revolutionary new British snack. 

Mr Trotter’s Great British Pork Crackling was the brainchild of food writers Tom Parker Bowles and Matthew Fort with Cotswold farmer, Rupert Ponsonby. Their dream was to create a new interpretation of the scratching made from 100% outdoor bred British pigs. 

Cooked by hand in small batches using a new process, Mr Trotter’s Great British Pork Crackling delivers a crispier crunch, and will be available in delicatessens, farm shops, garden centres and pubs from 2012.
