Selfridges, home to the biggest shoe department in the world, is excited to launch the AW12 Chloe Jade Green shoe collection on Monday 19 November in an exclusive partnership.

Reflective of her personal style, Chloe’s footwear collection mixes soft femininity with a rock edge. Heavy metalwork and mesh panelling add toughness and modernity to the prettiness of rich velvety suedes, intricate laser cutting and tactile textured skins.

From show-stopping heels to essential everyday bikers and tough luxe ballerina pumps, each of the 15 styles features Chloe’s signature green sole - updated this season with a beautifully etched design that incorporates her favourite things in the 'Charms' print.

New for AW12 and available only at Selfridges, Chloe has extended her collection to include beautiful silk printed scarves and an exclusive capsule range of stand-out jewellery. The Midnight Glitter shoe, complete with chain detail at the heel, is also available exclusively at Selfridges.

Selfridges.com caught up with the lady herself to find out her inspirations and which pair she’s living in this season.

How has your experience in the fashion industry helped you establish your own brand?
Being around the industry from such a young age has helped me learn about trends and what ideas are commercially viable. I have always had a good eye and a unique style. To create a brand you need to have a passion for it and confidence in what you like.

What were you inspired by when creating the new CJG collection?
I looked in my shoe wardrobe and designed shoes I felt were missing in the market place. I thought there was a gap in the market for a premium but still high street footwear range. My inspiration came from my girlfriends and my shoe needs, comfort was key but I also wanted my collection to feature high designs.

Which is your favourite pair and where would you wear them?
From the AW12 collection it would have to be the Black Lily style - you can't go wrong with a well made biker boot, they’ll look even better when they’re worn in. I haven’t stopped wearing mine.
